The internet has drastically changed how Real Estate Agents market their listings. The days of snapping a few quick photos or having your MLS service take a pic of just the exterior are long past. With the internet being the gateway to your listings, nothing is more valuable than your online presence, and your listing photos are the biggest part of that online presence.
How do your listings on the MLS, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow etc. stand up to the competition? What do your current listing photos say about you as an agent?
I'm guessing, since you're reading this, they don't say what you'd like them to. Professional photos (and marketing in general) show the world that you yourself are professional. They show you take selling homes seriously and are committed to doing everything possible to present and market homes in a professional manner. They show you employ other professionals to help get the job done. It tells them they picked the right agent to sell their home.
I think you'll be amazed at how quickly you will see positive feedback from potential and future clients when your online presence stands above the crowd. What are you waiting for?
